When will I receive my order?

All products get processed and shipped out in 2 business days (M-F).

Order cut off time is 12pm PT. Any order placed after 12pm PT will be processed on the following business day.

After that processing time, you will receive your order based on the Shipping option you choose at check out.

Can you touch up my image?

Yes, we have that option as a drop down on the product order page.

However, most photographers offer this as part of their service when you order your images from them, and most images we receive are ready to print.

 

How do I know if my photo is high enough quality to print?

Our online design tool will tell you if your photo is too low quality to print (low resolution). If you proceed after the warning, then your photo will print fuzzy and pixelated. If you are uncertain about the quality of your image, we recommend ordering a single print by selecting Qty 1 in the dropdown menu on the order page.

 

I already have my headshot designed, can you just print it?

Yes, you can select this headshot template and once you click "Customer Order", you will be able to upload your headshot design.

 

Credit Card not working?

If your credit card does not go through online, then you order is automatically placed on hold and will not be processed. If that happens, and you would like to proceed with your order, please call us at 714.486.1150 M-F 9am-5pm PT and we can process your card over the phone. The order date will then be modified based on when you paid for the order.

 

What is your order cancellation policy?

All orders are final. Once you place your order online, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

What is your return policy?

All orders are final, however is you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

If we cannot satisfy to your liking, you can send us back your entire order, and we will issue you a full refund. Please note that 100% of your order must be returned in order to receive a refund.
